Travelling Northbound<\/u> exit the M61 at Junction 4, exit towards the A6. At the roundabout take first exit onto the A6 (Water Gate Lane) heading towards Leigh \/ Atherton (A579). At the next roundabout take the second exit (A6). Continue 0.9 mile then turn right at the traffic lights A579 St Helens Road. After Over Hulton Conservative Club you will pass over the motorway bridge and should turn left immediately<\/u> after the bus stop but before the sign for the Royal Bolton Hospital. Drive through the gate and follow the track and signs. Travelling Southbound<\/u> exit the M61 at J5. Take the third exit signed A58 Westhoughton. At the next roundabout take the first exit (A58). After 1.1 miles turn left at the traffic lights A579\/St Helens Road.
